Country Claus Door Hanger

This is Lynn Rossey's (from Super Stitch in Warren, PA) version of my design Country Claus Door Hanger. She purchased a kit at Quilting Around Chautauqua in September and put her own spin on my design by adding the beard detail. She is planning on teaching this pattern as a class.

I think I need to make another one!

Upcoming Class!

This is one of my newest designs called CHRISTMAS ANGEL. I will be teaching an all day workshop at Sew Special in Uniontown, PA on August 11th. My sample angel is paper pieced and done in Christmas colors but she looks beautiful in other colors, too! Her hair color can be changed to signify or honor someone special in your life. Now is a good time to start on your holiday projects! There are a couple of spaces still available so if you're interested call the shop to reserve your spot. 724-438-1765

Just Finished!

I just finished my own Christmas Angel for my front door! I have made 3 others for some of my friends so far but I wanted to  make sure I had one too. Now I do! You can't see it in the picture but it is hanging from the coolest wire hanger that is in the shape of Christmas lights. Its from Ackfeld Wire Company and I will post a better picture later. I would hear about your Christmas/Holiday projects! If you have a blog post a link as a comment.
